TRENDnet 54 Mbps Wireless G Broadband Router
I needed a "cheap" access router to do some testing on a secondary network that I setup at the house and I found this for $19... It was on some sort of special on Amazon. They now appear to be around $25 though that is still pretty inexpensive.
While not very feature rich, I didn't really expect much for the price. I now have picked up a couple for testing and they are easy enough to configure and use. They appear to perform well as well.
I call them Smurf Routers because they BLUE!
